FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mobile low-frame video surveillance and security alarms. Technical result is achieved by a low-frame mobile video surveillance and security alarm system comprising a central surveillance station with a transceiver alarm antenna, a radio modem of alarm messages and an operator panel, a set of detection means (total number n), each of which comprises an alarm transmitter radio transmitter and a transmitting antenna operating at a first frequency, at least one analogue video camera, receiving point of video frames with the video frames reception antenna and the video frames receiving radio-reception operating at the second frequency, wherein it further comprises at least one video frame generation and transmission unit operating at a first and a second frequency, comprising an antenna for receiving alarm messages and transmitting video frames, an analogue-to-digital converter, a compression device, a buffer for placing video frames, a device for setting parameters of video frames, at least one radio repeater of alarm messages operating at a first frequency, at least one video frame radio repeater, operating at the first and second frequency, a programming unit for the units.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of operatively and remotely changing time of video frame transmission and quality of transmitted video frame; reduced time of system deployment; increased noise immunity.
