FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: proposed preparation is prepared of protosubtiline with the help of ion-exchange chromatography on carboxymethyl cellulose. It is white powder being soluble in water and in isotonic solution of sodium chloride. Solutions of said preparation have high stability at pH 7.0-8.0 and 5-10 C. Optimal conditions for using preparation are: 50 C, pH 7.0-7.5. Proteolytic activity of preparation at 37 C is 3.5-4.2 proteolytic units per 21 kg of protein. Proposed preparation may be used subconjunctively, as instillations, with the help of electrophoresis and photophoresis. EFFECT: increases activity of preparation. 3 tbl
