FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention belongs to ophthalmology and can be used for treatment of wide - spread hemophthalmia and total hemophthalmia in patients with diabetic rethinopathy. That is achieved by panretinal photocoagulation. At first, 200 mcm points of coagulation must be put at visible zone of retina. Then twice, at 40 minute interval, points of coagulation must be put at appearing visible zones of retina. Action must be repeated every 2-3 days until panretinal coagulation is achieved.
EFFECT: method allows providing of accelerated hemophthalmia resorption due to pathogenetically targeted treatment against the background of simultaneous absorption of blood in corpus vitreum.
