FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: bronchoscopy is carried out for patients. Inflammatory mucous of bronchial tubes are influenced by IR-radiation with power density from 15 tо 150 mW/cm2 during 2 minutes to 10 seconds correspondingly; radiation dose is equal to 1.5 - 1.8 J/m2. Device has bronchoscope with different-angle directional rods, IR-radiation source, mounted inside the channel of directional rod for movement along the channel and exit from the channel at its distal end. IR-radiation source is connected electrically with power unit, which has dry elements connected in series with variable resistor and working current meter.
