FIELD: cultural and educational amenities. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming bulky body from base with guiding pole and four rings with recesses by arranging ring with two inner and four outer recesses onto ring with six recesses; successively arranging ring with four inner recesses and two outer recesses and ring with six inner recesses; fitting rings onto guiding pole. Apparatus has base with guiding pole of square section and four rings. Each ring has six recesses made on outer and inner sides. Depth of each recess is equal to half the ring width and width is equal at least to ring thickness. The first ring has six recesses made on its inner side, the second ring has six recesses made on its inner side, the third ring has two recesses made on inner side and four recesses made on outer side, the fourth ring has four recesses made on inner side and two recesses made on outer side. Guiding pole square section side does not exceed space between recesses on rings of a set of rings. EFFECT: increased efficiency and wider operational capabilities. 6 dwg
