SUBSTANCE: method for forming a 3D body consists in forming the 3D body of four resilient rings having slots by means of bending, entering other ring followed be resilient straightening. The apparatus for forming a 3D body has four flat rings. Each ring has six cuts made on its external and internal sides. The cut depth is equal to half the ring width; the cut width is equal at least to the ring thickness. The first ring has all six cuts made on the external side; the second ring - on the internal side; the third ring has two cuts made on the internal side and four cuts made on the external one; the fourth ring has four cuts made on the internal side and two - on the external side.
