FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: needle-shaped cutter 1 and gear 3 are mounted on one common shaft, needle-shaped cutter 2 and gear 4 are mounted on other common shaft. Gears 3 and 4 are in meshing engagement with gears 5 and 6. One end of lever 7 is rigidly coupled with center O1 of gear 3 and pivotally coupled through pivot connection 8 with center O3 of gear 5. Other end of lever 7 is connected through guide 9 and pivot connection 10 by rod 11 with piston, which is disposed within first cylinder. One end of lever 14 is rigidly connected with center O2 of gear 6 and pivotally coupled with center O4 of gear 6 through pivotal connection 15 and other end of lever 14 is coupled through guide 16 and pivotal connection 17 by rod 18 with piston 19 disposed within second cylinder 20. The cylinders are interconnected through pipeline. Cylinder 20 is connected through pipeline 22 with third cylinder 23, within which is located piston 24 with rod 25. Weight 26 centered by rod 25 is secured on piston 24. Plummet 27 is positioned on lever 7 and plummet 28 is positioned on lever 14. Gear 6 is connected with drive electric engine through coupling. Needle-shaped cutters are adjusted relative to material exposed to treatment. EFFECT: increased efficiency in treating sheet ends, strips etc. 3 dwg
