FIELD: metal-cutting tool constructions. SUBSTANCE: substrate with a cutting plate fixed by a wedge with a screw and members of the axial and radial adjustment of the cutting plate are placed in the disk body axial groove. The substrate is made with an L-shaped protrusion from the side of inoperative face end and the undercutting with the bearing surface slope. The members of the axial and radial adjustment of the cutting plate are made as two wedges designed to interact with the sloping bearing surface of the substrate. A notch to interact with the screw head whose radius is more than that of the wedge notch is made in the wedge to fix the cutting plate. EFFECT: simpler design. 2 dwg
