FIELD: manufacture of fittings; devices for automatic cutout of gas flow to kitchen gas-stoves at preset moment. SUBSTANCE: throttle valve is provided with timer; trigger is made in form of cam mechanism which consists of bearing disk with drive cam, carrier and driven cam. Valve is provided with adapter bush fitted with axle on which overrunning clutch is mounted and pawl engageable with ratchet wheel of overrunning clutch. Actuating mechanism has housing secured on shaft of throttling member and rigidly connected with control handle. Housing contains axle with driven cam secured on its one end; groove of this cam is kinematically linked with carrier; other end of axle is used for mounting toothed sector engageable with overrunning clutch.
