Guiding sleeves, that may have spherical surface, are mounted in through openings of the ribs 3,4,5,6,7. Ends of the longerons 8,9 and the terminal rib 7 are provided by fixing members for mutual fixation. The soft skin 1 is made of a cloth, whose weft and warp filaments are inclined by the same angles relative to a plane of the ribs 3,4,5,6,7.
