Fuselage contains flight deck made of composite material, allowing floatation properties and low conductivity. Flap operation for three positive positions: for 0 degrees, for 20 degrees and for 40 degrees. Running gear is made with separated wheels braking and self-oriented nose-wheel. Airplane is outfitted by systems of life-support, operating and communication.
EFFECT: providing of safety and comfortable flight.
