SUBSTANCE: method for producing complex of ferments having cellulase-pectinase action involves cooperative cultivation of Trichoderma viride and Aepergillus foetidus by consecutive feeding cultures and by usage of cellulose component. The latter is added simultaneously with adding Aepergillus foetidus culture, its quantity being 0.5-1.3 mass % . EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 tbl
