FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: friction disks 6 and 9 are secured on clutch members 5 and 8. For engagement of clutch, interior of flexible hose 2 is filled with working medium. Hose which has torous section is turned inside out and moves axially pressing disks 6 and 9 to each other. For disengagement of the clutch, rarefaction shall be created inside hose 2, as a result, axial pressing force is removed and clutch members slide relative to each other.
