FIELD: biology. SUBSTANCE: device is formed by mini-exsiccator made in form of glass vessel with cap. The vessel has plastic Petri dish onto support, where muscular strip is cultivated in organo-typical conditions; capron threads are tightened from both sides of the substrate. Threads hand down freely from holes in wall of Petri dish; weights of ferromagnetic material are tied to ends of threads. Mini-exsiccator is disposed onto the end of plastic platform, under which the permanent magnet moves along the circle by means of electric motor. The magnet when periodically passing under the dish attracts weights and stretches the specimen of muscular tissue. Enfeeblement (contraction) of muscles is achieved after the magnet goes.
