FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in experimental and clinical surgery for obtaining biomatrices used for closing wounds with mechanical injuries of connective tissue. Method includes growing fibroblasts on the base from synthetic material covered with wheat lectin. As base, used is polypropylene net which is kept in 0.05% lectin solution for 3 hours at room temperature before cell application. After that propylene net is placed in suspension of freshly isolated primary or subcultivated embryonic cells of rat in culture medium and incubated at temperature 37°C during 7-9 days, changing culture medium first time after a day and later - every three days.

EFFECT: obtaining biomatrix on the base of propylene net and embryonic fibroblast culture, which can be used for closing and stimulation of efficient healing of connective tissue mechanical injuries in experimental and clinical surgery.
