SUBSTANCE: optical information carrier has transparent input electrode 5, the first dielectric layer 6, layer 7 made of high-ohmic photosensitive conductor, which is characterized by linear electro-optic effect, the second dielectric 8 and output transparent electrode 9. All the units are disposed in series along the direction of propagation of light signal. Layer 6 is made in form of planar array of microdiscrete holes, filled with material of corresponding color filter. Moreover, adjacent holes are filled with materials of different filters. Distance between the adjacent holes is no less than diffusion length of charge carriers, generated by light in the layer. EFFECT: improved precision of identification of color tints of image. 2 dwg
