FIELD: optical information processing. SUBSTANCE: method involves generation of monitoring channel with optical-electronic negative feedback circuit in device with MIS structure for image converting and automatic regulation of power supply voltage level, when exposition of storing light alters. Goal of invention is achieved by choosing exposition light part by means of light separator, and using monitoring channel, which has serial circuit of concave mirror, polarizer, multiple-layer MIS structure with control electrode, analyzer, eye-piece and photodetector. Device is designed as single MIS structure with planar continuous layers. Control of power supply voltage of multiple-layer structure is automatic using optically controlled signal. Inner control uses control electrode circuit. External control uses photodetector, which is electrically connected to power supply. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 1 dwg
