FIELD: optical information processing. SUBSTANCE: device provides integration of optical signal with respect to frame and its conversion into electric signal, which controls automatic regulation of voltage level, which supplies multiple-layer structure of image converter. Control optical signal is designed as either writing light E0(x,y,Δλ) around frame with generation of surface integrated flow, or its fraction e0(x,y,δλ), which is integrated by introduced mirror into small region between controlled electrodes, which are located outside of frame in order to generate surface or three-dimensional photo current. Conversion of control optical signal into electric control signal is achieved by means of high-resistance photo semiconductor, which is simultaneously used as substrate of multiple-layer structure for image conversion. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased dynamic range of writing light intensity and optical density of converted image. 3 cl, 5 dwg
