METHOD OF TRAINING PILOTS TO PERFORM AEROBATICS Russian patent published in 1994 - IPC

FIELD: aviation. SUBSTANCE: motion of flying vehicle is displayed onto screen in real-time scale at trajectories of figures of aerobatics. Current values of time and height of flight are indicated simultaneously onto movable scales. Quantitative values of parameters to be controlled are presented in sequence in reference points of the figures. Obviousness and spatial scope of represented figures may be improved due to smooth change in azimuth, angle of place and angle of distance. Training is designed according to principle of progressive complication. Stage of self-control is provided; the results of self-control are indicated and they may be shown to trained pilot for analysis and correction. Method of training provides to acquaint pilots with trajectory deviations when they do principle errors at flying. EFFECT: improved efficiency of training. 4 cl
