FIELD: psychology. SUBSTANCE: before training, use is made of special tests to estimate the level of development of trainee spatial capabilities. During the first day, phonomeasurement of quality of accomplishment of test tasks and exercises by the trainee is made. Invertoscope is attached to trainee's head and the trainee fulfils same tasks and exercises. Then, invertoscope is removed and the trainee is instructed how to percept visible environment under conditions of vision inversion. Then, invertoscope is fitted again on the trainee's head for 30 min, and the trainee trains himself to properly since the inverted environment. During second and third days of training the trainee fulfils the tasks and exercises of the first dye in room, but beginning from the second day, invertoscope is carried continuously for 1 h and 30 min. Beginning from the fourth day the first part of training is carried out in room, and the second, in gymnasium with use of sports equipment. In the last day of training the check measurements are made during fulfillment of tasks and exercises used in the process of training, and the level of development of spatial capabilities with the help of tests used at the beginning of training is estimated. Total term of training is 10 days. EFFECT: purposeful training of human spatial capabilities by means of inverting prisms, and reduced time of carrying invertoscope during training. 3 cl, 1 tbl
