FIELD: reactor handling equipment. SUBSTANCE: handler has pole fixed inside reactor head tank and support that embraces pole and is free to move along pole; support is used for carrying element rotating about it and provided with measuring, testing, analyzing, or repair device. Carrying element drive units are supplied with power through cable line running in U-shaped pole duct which is wound on coil on top end of pole where pole-supported handler bridge is located along horizontal guide. Pole support is mounted on bearing structure of handler bridge upper floor; cable drums for support-governed cable winches are installed in bearing structure on either side of cable line guide.
