FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes installed on upright 1 fixed body 2 with adjustable rests 3, rotating stem 5 with blades 6 and 7 and lever-catch 10. One end of the lever-catch is connected with blade 6 and 7 and the other end is located between rests 3. Blade 6 is fixed stationary and blade 7 is installed under displacement of blade 6 between it and nozzle 4 for displacing in vertical plane between blade 6 and nozzle 4. During rotation of stem 5 the jet is interacted with blade 6 which stops the stem. Lever-catch 10 introduces blade 7 into the jet. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 5 dwg
