FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises blocks of relatively perpendicular cutters with operating mechanism, and tubular housing for handled products with slots for the passage of cutters. Housing of the device accommodates piston and guide strips with projections and shaped groove. Housing is of a rectangular section with guides for spring-loaded members and slots for pins. One cutter block has the form of plates parallel to walls of the tubular housing while the other one is made as a cutter frame provided with pins for interaction with housing slots, pintles for interaction with shaped grooves of guide strips, and spring-loaded members disposed with a provision for moving in housing guides.
