FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, cutting machines for roots, vegetables, fruits and berries into cubes, chips and noodle-shaped slices, as well as for sliding of potato for producing of fried potato.
SUBSTANCE: machine has drum mounted on base and bladed rotor placed within drum cavity. Drum is joined through flexible member with arcuate sector connected through radial displacement mechanism to base. Discharge branch pipe is disposed in lower part of base. Cover with aperture is positioned on drum end for discharge of products from cavities of rotor and drum. Plated knife is fixed tangentially on drum. Feeding device formed as drive roll and knife drum is mounted for rotation on base. Rotor with blades, feeding device and knife drum are equipped with drive. Machine is furnished with control panel and is further equipped with knife for cutting fruits into noodle-type pieces and block of knives for cutting fruits into cubes, with inserts being located between knives, set of knife drums with annular grooves and slots on cylindrical surfaces, cutoff member for feeding device and comb for removal of food products from knife drum by means of displacement mechanism of feeding device in direction of plated knife. The latter is formed as eccentric bushing kinematically connected with mechanism for radial displacement of arcuate sector. Knife blade for cutting into noodle-type pieces has cutting edge on its end and is positioned tangentially to cutting edges on slot protrusions of knife sector. Single-sided knife blades for cutting into cubes are located in annular grooves of knife drum. Cutting edges of knife blades are oriented radially relative to axis of rotation of knife drum. Combs positioned on diametrically opposite side relative to knives for cutting into cubes in similar annular grooves are adapted for rotation and fixing in order to remove food remains from knife drum grooves.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation of machine and wider range of sizes of cubes, noodle-shaped pieces, and chips.
