FIELD: medical engineering; prosthetics and prosthesis manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: prosthesis has individual receiving sleeve, joint, metal ankle, artificial foot, knee hinge splint, and cylindrical soft femoral sleeve. In assembling and fitting the prosthesis in the cases of valgoid deformity of the stump crus the biaxial knee hinge is placed on the outside of the femoral sleeve; in the cases of varus deformity it is quite the reverse. The prosthesis works in the following way: during walking the femoral sleeve relieves the crus stump of part of the load at the time of its resting on the prosthesis. The splint with the biaxial knee hinge and the femoral sleeve prevents the pathological action on the knee joint in frontal and sagittal planes during walking with the prosthesis.
