FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: modulated by converted breath signal of patient. Device has master oscillator and one-shot multivibrator, connected in series with emitter follower, final amplifier, indicator and stimulating electrodes. Breath detector is brought into the device newly, which is introduced into time-setting circuit of one-shot multivibrator in parallel to variable resistor, which regulates duration and amplitude of stimulating pulses. Breath detector is made in form of silicone elastic pipe filled with graphite powder; the pipe has metal contacts which have to be outputs of the detector. Breath detector has fittings in form of a belt, which may be adjusted in length; it has detector maximal expansion restrictor. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 2 cl, 3 cl, 1 dwg
