FIELD: electric ionization of air. SUBSTANCE: electric charge is induced in needle electrode and high voltage electric field is induced about the electrode, where electric charges drain off into surrounding air space. Charges are concentrated into flux; this flux is stabilized due to passing through additional low voltage positive electric field. Concentration of the flux is regulated smoothly due to changes in value of additional electric field. Device has needle electrode, electrode-grid, high-voltage transformer, self-control unit.
