FIELD: aeroionization engineering. SUBSTANCE: aeroionizer has heated body in protective casing and passive impeller based on bearing. Impeller rotates in air flow ascending from heated body. Ionizing electrodes, negatively accelerating electrode and external electrode closed by protective screen and net from the top are positioned above impeller. Casing itself is coupled mechanically to microswitches and interlocking connectors connected to high-voltage supply source which becomes de-energized when aeroionizer is dismantled. EFFECT: higher power of oxygen negative ion flux, complete safety in operation. 3 cl, 2 dwg
