As the piston goes down, its internal profiled slot forms, jointly with the internal surface of the tube, a measuring chamber. Positioned coaxially with external limiters is a pipe union with a funnelling lower part. The pipe union has a nozzle communicating with a compressed air source through an actuating mechanism. The jacket incorporates a heating element and a temperature transmitter while the piston has a position transmitter and an actuating mechanism, said transmitters and actuating mechanisms being connected with a control unit.
