Floor-type carriage has bobbin-receiving manipulator 7 formed as parallelogram pivot system 8 driven by hydraulic cylinder 9. Mounting and adjusting members 12 arranged in two rows are mounted in receptacle 10 of bobbin-receiving manipulator 7, each row having at least two members 12.
