FIELD: rolled stock production, namely coiling-uncoiling equipment of rolling mills. SUBSTANCE: apparatus include car 1 with drive mechanism 2 for moving it, lifting table 3 and member for fixing position of said car 1 in the form of rotary vertical stop 4 carrying roller 5. Stop 4 is jointly connected with rod 6 of pneumatic cylinder 7 mounted on said table. Roller 5 is mounted with possibility of engaging with guide 8 secured to table 3. Free end of said guide is in the form of follower contoured by arc of circle. Rod 6 is joined with motion pickup 11 by means of rack 9 and gear wheel 10. Rack 9 is connected with rod 6 by means of fork 12. Pickup 11 is electrically connected with drive mechanism 2 of car 1. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
