FIELD: separation of moving rolled tubes by measured length values in aggregates for continuous electric welding of tubes and bending shapes.
SUBSTANCE: saw includes foundation with horizontal guides for moving carriage with mechanisms for clamping and sawing; drive unit for moving carriage in the form of rack gearing; and hydraulic system. Foundation is in the form of two welded columns mutually joined by means of hollow tie rods and having inner reservoirs for working liquid. Foundation is provided with struts arranged on columns and designed for mounting horizontal guides. Foundation is also provided with platforms for placing carriage drive unit and hydraulic system respectively. Carriage has vertical guides for moving sawing mechanism by means of hydraulic cylinder. Said mechanism may be realized in three variants.
EFFECT: lowered size, metal and energy consumption of flying saw, reduced cost of making and using saw at the same technological possibilities, improved operational reliability, increased useful life period of saw.
