FIELD: material separation. SUBSTANCE: device has hydraulic cutting tool 1, jig 2 for shifting hydraulic cutting tool 1, metal grating and blast receiver 4. Sheet 5 subjected to cutting is laid on bearing surface formed by working sectors of knives or by pins of metal grating. Blast receiver is made, for example, in the form of bath filled with water. Working sectors of knives are in the form of removable wedge-shaped extension pieces with rectangular cross section tail units conjugated with reciprocal rectangular slots in knives as viewed from working sectors. Working sectors of pins are in the form of removable tapered extension pieces with cylindrical section tail units conjugated with reciprocal cylindrical slots in pins as viewed from working sectors. Pins can bear against bearing ribs or against bottom of blast receiver 4. Working sectors are detachable shaped extension pieces of knives, and pins and are made from hard material which is resistant to wear relative to hydraulic abrasive blast.
