FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device has spool holder 1, thread layer 4 with drive, movable compensator 7, carrier 16 which is operatively connected to drive of thread layer 4 and spool holder 1. Kinematic coupling of compensator 7 with drive of thread layer 4 is provided with correction cam 8 mounted on movable rod 9 at the expense of which correction of change of tension of thread during movement of thread layer 4 from one end of package to another one is carried out. Curvature of groove of carrier 16 of compensator 7 excludes possibility of change of tension of yarn with the increase of diameter of packages as its radius of curvature is equal to length of power driven link 36. Besides, correction cam 8 is provided with several profiles for exclusion of its substitution in case of change of taper angle of packages. EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability. 3 cl, 5 dwg
