BOBBIN STACKING DEVICE Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: device is adapted to receive bobbins from conveyor of spinning machine and place them into cart with rotatable pegs, which are circumferentially positioned in cart. Cart is provided with hooks which may be connected with grips of cart drive mechanism. Grips are fixed in equally spaced relation on chains for movement in synchronism. When bobbin cart is moved onto lower platform of self-propelled carriage in stacking zone, cart is conjugated with rotational mechanism. Stacking mechanism has two frames connected with drive, which provides simultaneous rotation of frames in opposite directions. Centering mechanism provides positioning of bobbins in axial alignment with respective pegs. Following mechanism provides step-by-step motion of bobbins seated onto pegs in downward direction. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 7 cl, 14 dwg
