FIELD: textile machines. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a winding shaft 1 with a friction ring, the bobbin holder 3 for the package 4, mounted on the axle 7 for self-aligning of the bobbin holder. The axle 7 is secured to the shaft 8 for lifting the bobbin holder, mounted in the housing 9 of the apparatus. The shaft 8 is provided by a mechanism for it axial movement; the axle 7 is inclined to a side of the package large diameter. The mechanism for axial movement of the shaft 8 has a pin, engaging the shaped groove of the housing 9; the shaped groove may be made in a slider. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
