FIELD: restoration of reinforced concrete service properties. SUBSTANCE: electrolyte in form of layer is applied by spraying. Layer is formed by preliminarily mixing of fibrous cellulose pulp with fluid. After attainment of permissible level of chloride content in concrete, the object is de-energized with subsequent removal of surface distribution electrode and electrolyte from concrete surface. Used as fluid is water or aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide, and waste newspaper is used as fibrous cellulose pulp. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 13 cl, 3 dwg
