FIELD: releasing of stuck pipes. SUBSTANCE: installed in body on axial and radial bearings is hollow eccentric flywheel with radial channels above axial bearing and thread for shaft of turbodrill. When drilling mud is pumped, turbodrill shaft rotates eccentric flywheel. Made in body under flywheel are radial channels for producing circulation through drill string-casing string annulus. During operation, exerted on stuck pipes are transverse vibrations and axial load at the same time. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
