FIELD: dust control. SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped tubular manifold positioned in air duct and provided with pipe unions directed radially inside air duct and intended for feeding liquid to sprinklers. Ring-shaped manifold is rigidly secured in annular frame mounted in plane of air duct cross-section. Annular frame has V-shaped cross-section with end faces of its branches being located along perimeter of air duct for removing dust from its inner walls. Convenience of mounting of annular frame is ensured by its sectional design. Frame is provided with holes for pipe unions of ring-shaped manifold, which is fastened to annular frame with the use of sprinklers made in the form of union nuts. Ring-shaped tubular manifold is connected by flexible hose with liquid feed pipeline. Annular frame together with ring-shaped tubular manifold are adopted to reciprocate alternatively along air duct on rollers with the aid of crank-gear and to rotate clockwise and counterclockwise alternatively on bracketed ball-and-socket joint round central axis of device along radial screw guides. Crank-gear is connected with power cylinder and annular frame is provided with slots corresponding to screw guides. Secured on air duct wall in bottom part of device at end points of annular frame movement are slime sumps. While moving along air duct, dust-laden air stream is sprinkled with dispersed liquid. Reciprocation of frame makes drops of liquid move in direction of or opposite to dust-laden air stream movement. Rotary movement of frame provides for simultaneous formation of concentrically swirled streams of drops. Filtering layer of drops formed in this way features improved dust suppressing properties.
