FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves aligning parts and positioning intermediate member in the form of corrugated insert into space between their surfaces to be connected with the height of insert being equal to maximum space between surfaces of parts to be connected; filling slots of corrugated insert by glue at the side of surface of one part to be connected; measuring actual size of other part along its surface to be connected; prior to polymerization of glue, deforming insert for a value equal to that exceeding actual size of this surface till its profile configuration is obtained.
