FIELD: aids to human safety on transport. SUBSTANCE: protective cushion has a gas source used to fill inflatable bag 1 with inner space A formed by the lower (2), upper (3) and side (4) parts and separated by partitions connecting the lower (2) and upper (3) parts, and holes Б, B1, B2 and B3 and B4 used for gas filling and release. The partitions are installed in such a manner that they form two closed circuits, and divide the lower (2) and upper (3) parts of bag 1 into figures with matched centers and relation of areas 1:3:5 depending on the distance to the center. Each circuit has evenly distributed slits, and the side (4) part of slag 1 from the outside has straps 7, and diameter tie 8 is passed through them. The tie is made of elastic material, in free state its length is selected within 0.25 to 0.5 of the perimeter length of the bag side (4) part. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of cushion operation by an increase of the strength and elasticity of the inflatable bag in the filled state with simultaneous decrease of the time of its reduction at a gas release after cushion operation. 5 cl, 2 dwg
