FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: content of secretory and serum immunoglobulins of class A is determined in blood sample of patient before surgery. Complications after keratotomy (lacrimation, photophobia, visual acuity decrease etc.) are forecasted at the value of the first index less than 1,29± 0,6 mg/ml, and the second one - less than 1,09± 0,4 mg/ml. EFFECT: complete elimination of complications after keratotomy.
