SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in studying such humoral immunity parameters as secretory and serum immunoglobulins of class A in case of such complications as photophobia, persistent eyewatering and rough cicatrization of incisions. Whenever content of secretory immunoglobulin A drops below level of 1.42 + 0.03 mg/ml and content of serum immunoglobulin A diminishes to less than 1.15 + 0.081 mg/ml, disclosed method prescribes carrying out immunocorrection by subcutaneously administering tactivin in daily dose of 100 mcg during three days, 1.5 g of essenciale a day, 100,000 IU of retinol acetate a day, and 300 mg of tocopherol acetate a day during three weeks. EFFECT: elimination of such complications as persistent eyewatering, photophobia; soft cicatrization of incisions; high acuity of vision; post-operative period reduced on the average by 4.6 + 0.23 bed/day and outpatient treatment period curtailed by 37.82 + 5.51 days.
