SUBSTANCE: at the moment when the second exponentially decreasing voltage is equal to larger and smaller measured voltages, the values of the first and the third exponentially decreasing voltages are fixed voltages. At moment when the second exponentially decreasing voltage with time constant τ is equal to smaller measured voltage, the fourth and the fifth exponentially decreasing voltages are formed from the level of larger reference voltage with time constants t and 2τ. When the voltage is equal to total voltage the value of the fifth exponentially decreasing voltage is fixed. Device for realization has the first to the third exponentially decreasing voltages sources 1-3, the first to the third null detectors 4-6, the first and the second switches 7 and 8, the first and the second inputs 9 and 10, the first and second reference voltage supplies 11 and 12, "start" input 13, the first and the second outputs 14 and 15, the fourth and fifth exponentially decreasing voltages sources 16 and 17, the fourth to the sixth null detectors 18-20, the third switch 23, two flip-flops 21 and 22, two memory units 24 and 25, adder 26, the third output 27 of the device.
