SUBSTANCE: milling body comprises ball with displaced center of gravity wherein there is a set of flat S-shaped springs distributed uniformly in ball sphere. Said springs are connected crosswise in the middle, one end of each spring has a weight. The elastic material is sponge rubber while the envelope is a composition of materials containing a boron carbide powder as a filler and polyurethane or fluoroplastic as a binder.
