FIELD: devices for crushing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball mill lining, in particular, its cylindrical part, which can be used in mining-and-processing, energy, construction and chemical industries for raw material preparation. Armored lining contains wear-resistant armored elements with a working ball-lifting relief, laid along the leveling cement layer. Bracket elements used are sections of rolling profiles 3 of spring steel. Sections 3 are laid along generatrixes of inner cylindrical surface of mill housing alternately through several rows with ball-lifting crests 5 in form of rail sections. At that, sections 3 of rolling armored profiles are provided with holes for fastening bolts on thickened middle strip. Boltless fixture of 6 sections of guide rails 5 is performed by pressing their soles with specially profiled edges of adjacent sections 3 of armored profiles.
EFFECT: invention ensures increase in the ball mills manufacturability.
