FIELD: processing of mineral deposits in mining, cement and other industries. SUBSTANCE: milling body comprises basic ball having flat symmetric surfaces formed by equal-size segments cut from it along three coordinate axes. Said ball has spherical projections on its flat surfaces, which are not higher than the ball segment. The basic ball is made of a resilient material with an inner cavity equal to 1/4-1/3 of its diameter while spherical projections are formed by additional balls made of a wear-resistant material sunk into and secured in the basic ball. The inner cavity of the latter is filled with flexible porous material and projection bases are not conjugated with one another. The basic ball is made of a thermoplastic material while the additional balls, from white alloyed cast iron. Flexible porous material is sponge rubber.
