FIELD: mechanical metal working. SUBSTANCE: die, which is heated from pressed blanks, is covered with dispersed layer of carbon-free lubricants which are capable to vitrification and melting temperature of which is less by 10-350°C than temperature of the blank. Oxides or/and nitrates of carbon-free lubricants and also at least one of eutectoid forming beta-stabilizers of titanium (silicium, chrome, manganese, ferrum , cobalt, nickel, copper, silver, cadmium, lead, and bismuth) are used as the lubricants. Sodium pyrophosphates and tripolyphosphate are used as oxides and/or nitrates of carbon-free lubricants. The applying of the dispersion is conducted by evaporating water gel of polyamide with adding the mentioned above lubricating components and salt of hydroxycarboxylic acid, e.g. lactic acid, sprayed on surface of the die. Then one removes products of interaction with atmosphere from the surface of an article in deforming blank directly by friction on the die in melt. Separating layer made of fluidized components of the dispersion is formed between the article and die simultaneously with moving of free surface of semi-finished product with respect to surface of the die.
