FIELD: hydrostatic molding of parts from metal powders. SUBSTANCE: method is explained by example of molding of blade with fin twist angle of 24.5 deg. from powder composition Si3N4+5%Y2O3. Powder is placed in elastic mold with inner rigid mandrel with help of vibration. After sealing mold is subjected to hydrostatic pressure in hydrostat with simultaneous periodic excitation in mandrel of ultrasonic frequency vibrations (22 000 Hz) for 6 s. with 10 s. intervals between periods of vibration. With preset pressure of 500 MPa attained, and staying for 1 min, pressure is dropped. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
