FIELD: carriage of luggage on vehicle roof. SUBSTANCE: brackets are made as C-shaped slots with the split directed opposite to the support surface. The load-bearing ⊥-shaped bases are capable of moving relative to C-shaped slots of brackets. Installed in upper part of 1-shaped bases in the vertical plane are rollers in holders. One end of flexible member carries catch hook for attachment to shackle which is rigidly mounted on upper part of 1-shaped base in C-shaped slot with a provision for moving longitudinally in it while the other end is attached to the drum of hand-operated winch with locking mechanism. The distance from roller periphery to internal surface of holder is not smaller than overall size of catch hook. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg
